How to Remove Nano Antivirus

Nano Antivirus is a fake Antivirus program. This program displays false positives via fake scan results in an attempt to trick the user into thinking they are infected, further motivating the user to purchase the software to remove the infections. Nano Antivirus is typically spread either by Trojans displaying fake security alerts stating that you are infected or via pop ups that appear on websites stating that your computer is infected.

Once the pop up is clicked, the user is taken to a page pretending to be an online anti malware scanner. The scanner will falsely state that your computer is infected and advise you to install Nano Antivirus in order to protect yourself.

If NanoAntivirus has been installed on your computer it will be configured to run at startup. The program will then pretend to scan your computer and reveal fake infections in an attempt to get you to purchase the software. Not only is Nano Antivirus a fake, it may also slow down your computer by consuming resources to perform these fake scans.

In the following simple solution, I'll show you how to "Remove Nano Antivirus".
